Initial Contact

Indication of condition and cost of treatment can be made on receipt of detailed photographs.  However costs cannot be confirmed until seeing the object itself.

We will usually visit to view and record the object(s) so that we can produce a condition report and costing.

Reports

Condition Report: This is provided with an estimate for approval before commencement of work.

Here an overview of condition and proposals for conservation are supplied along with photographic evidence. Supplied as a pdf file or format suited to the client. 

Treatment report: This provides a record of treatments carried out with photographic documentation to illustrate work done. This is supplied as pdf or format suited to the client.
